Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field (foreign education accepted) and five years as Platform Engineer or related occupation with production systems experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field (foreign education accepted) and three years as Platform Engineer or related occupation with production systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee two to three software development teams to ensure cohesion with project goals.
• Be accountable for timely delivery of software projects and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering productivity of teams.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within teams and with Product.
• Ensure alignment with Commerce's PVTV and broader organizational strategy.
• Implement and refine project management processes to optimize efficiency.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to teams.
• Conduct regular status meetings and report progress.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless project integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance performance and delivery.
