Wwshemi in San Francisco, CA seeks a platform engineer to build Go-based features for Kubernetes, including operators and controllers, while shaping multi-cluster architectures and production-grade infrastructure.

You will design GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, implement Terraform/Helm IaC patterns, and work with Ceph/WEKA for scalable storage, plus Prometheus/Grafana for observability.

Formación

• 2+ years of software development; approximately 5 years preferred.
• Hands-on experience writing Go for Kubernetes environments and managing production Kubernetes clusters at scale.
• Experience with distributed storage such as Ceph or WEKA, and designing federated, multi-cluster Kubernetes architectures.
• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD, plus infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with container networking, CNI plugins, or service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Experience with cloud platforms and managed Kubernetes, automation, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

About the Role

Join an early-stage cloud infrastructure team building tools that simplify production Kubernetes and multi-cluster operations, including demanding AI workloads. You will help shape the platform and its architecture while making complex infrastructure easier for developers to operate.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of software development experience; approximately 5 years is preferred.
• Hands-on experience writing Go for Kubernetes environments and managing production Kubernetes clusters at meaningful scale.
• Experience with distributed storage such as Ceph or WEKA, and designing federated, multi-cluster Kubernetes architectures.
• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD, plus infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with container networking, CNI plugins, or service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Experience with cloud platforms and managed Kubernetes, automation, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with GPUs, bare-metal infrastructure, or open-source cloud-native projects is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $210,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
