This entry-level role involves assisting with day-to-day operations, software installation, and hardware changes under supervision, with growth into more advanced automation and server tasks.

The candidate will work in a collaborative environment focused on reliability, security, and process adherence, while developing skills in PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and problem resolution.
• Experience with help desk or customer contact is a plus.
• Ability to follow documented processes with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist escalated end users with Windows Server hardware or software problems.
• Load or remove core and non-core software applications.
• Moves, adds, and changes to Windows Server hardware and peripherals.
• Perform projects or maintenance tasks under management direction.
• Basic asset control and tracking services.
• Lead or assist Windows Server upgrades.
