Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent work experience in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Platform Engineer experience.
• Experience with configuration management, automation, and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Experience building, managing, and maintaining Kubernetes platforms (OpenShift, EKS, GKE).
• Knowledge of Linux (RHEL).
• Understanding of GitOps and Git workflows (merging/branching).
• Experience writing YAML and JSON.
• Familiarity with event monitoring/alerting in Prometheus, Dynatrace, Solarwinds, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and maintain Platform Services (Elastic/OpenSearch, Vault, Sonatype, etc.).
• Provision Kubernetes clusters, servers, networking, storage, and cloud infra.
• Develop automation scripts and tooling.
• Monitor performance, security, and reliability.
• Integrate security/compliance (encryption, access management).
• Document configurations and processes for cross-team use.
• Deploy infra as code and apps in on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Create/maintain high-detail designs and resolve issues.
• Research emerging technologies and propose changes.
