The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency with NICE WFM/ACD, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with NICE WFM and ACD systems.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and automation is a plus.
