Job summary

Meibel is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate the core platform across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will partner with AI, data, and dev teams to enable scalable, observable, and secure deployments while advancing infrastructure tooling and automation.

Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes at scale, implementing Pulumi IaC, and supporting Argo Workflows/CD and Temporal for robust workflows. Strong cloud fundamentals and data-system experience are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
Hands-on Kubernetes experience, especially in hybrid cloud/on-prem deployments.
Proficiency with Pulumi (or Terraform) and IaC tooling.
Experience with Argo Workflows and Argo CD for GitOps-style deployments.
Practical experience with Temporal or similar workflow engines.
Familiarity with vector, graph, and relational databases.
Strong cloud and containerization fundamentals across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes environments in cloud and on‑prem.
Build infrastructure-as-code with Pulumi to automate provisioning.
Support Argo Workflows and Argo CD for CI/CD and orchestration.
Architect durable, scalable systems using Temporal for long‑running jobs.
Integrate data systems including vector, graph, and relational databases.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize across infrastructure layers.
Collaborate with AI, data, product, and ops teams to ensure reliability and security.
Contribute to internal tools to streamline development and deployment workflows.
