MintMCP is hiring to own features end to end across our gateway infrastructure and enterprise deployments. The role leans backend and infra, with opportunities to contribute UI work when needed, and to harden security throughout the product.

You will collaborate with Claude and Codex, crafting architecture, product, and UX decisions while moving quickly in a startup that ships within hours. Strong judgment and fast learning are valued as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Shipping applications or tools used by real users.
• Solid fundamentals in CS and problem solving.
• Focus on product value and customer needs.
• Experience with infrastructure and security considerations.
• Ability to read and understand unfamiliar code quickly.
• Comfort across the stack or willingness to learn new languages.
