MintMCP is hiring to own features end to end across our gateway infrastructure and enterprise deployments. The role leans backend and infra, with opportunities to build UI and fix connectors during security reviews.

You will work with Claude and Codex, use agents to accelerate development, and learn directly from the founders and customers. We welcome a range of experience levels and emphasize judgment, scope, and speed of shipping.

Qualifications

• You are a builder with a track record of shipping to real users.
• You have strong fundamentals and learn fast.
• You care about product value and customer needs over technical purity.
• You take infra seriously, considering blast radius and trust boundaries.
• You can read unfamiliar code and explain tradeoffs.
• You are comfortable across the stack (TypeScript, Python, CockroachDB).
• You are excited to build with agents and AI daily.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across gateway infrastructure and enterprise deployments.
• Shape architecture, product decisions, and UX considerations.
• Fix and improve connectors during security reviews as needed.
• Collaborate with founders and customers to iterate quickly.
• Ship features with short feedback loops and high quality.
