Job summary

inKind is seeking a Platform Engineer to help build, evolve, and operate our cloud infrastructure as the foundation of our growing financial and hospitality technology platform.

You will design, implement, and operate our AWS infrastructure, evaluate new services, and support platform changes through safe migration and steady-state operation. You will collaborate with application engineers to ensure reliability, security, and observability across compute, network, and data stores.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and operating production cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with AWS core services and container orchestration.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and evolve AWS infrastructure across compute, networking, storage and managed services.
• Design for high availability, predictable performance, and cost control.
• Participate in architectural decisions and platform migrations (e.g., service changes).
• Contribute to reliability through capacity planning, incident response, and change management.
