Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. via Experis is seeking a Platform Engineer for a 12+ month contract in Irving, TX (hybrid; Columbus, OH option). The role supports cloud platform operations, release management, and configuration management to enable AI and data modernization initiatives.

You will bring hands-on cloud-native development experience, proficiency in Python and Java (plus Golang/Rust/JS), and a proactive, self-starting mindset to scale platforms and govern AI services across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience with platform management: Manage cloud platform operations, including release management and configuration management.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and at least one additional language such as Golang, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Experience supporting scalable platforms and AI/GenAI use cases.
• Knowledge of regulated environments and cybersecurity is a plus.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Hands‑on experience with systems thinking and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud platform operations, including release management and configuration management.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and automation to enhance operational resilience.
• Support onboarding of AI use cases into the enterprise ecosystem.
• Create standardized platform services to simplify AI adoption and data modernization efforts.
• Collaborate across teams to enable scalable and governed consumption of enterprise data through AI services.
