Job summary

Aaru in New York City is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and build the product foundation for our simulation technology. You will shape high-leverage systems, interfaces, and workflows enabling customers to test decisions and act with greater confidence.

You will collaborate with research, product, and design to bring new capabilities to market and own platform decisions from architecture to implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable platforms.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into robust architecture.
• Track record delivering high-leverage systems for multi-user workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and advance the platform powering Aaru's core product capabilities.
• Identify patterns across customer needs and simulation tech.
• Build abstractions making complex simulations easy for users.
• Write framework-level code to manage product complexity.
• Collaborate with research and product to bring new capabilities to customers.
• Own platform decisions from architecture through implementation.
