Job summary

nCino, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Platform as a Product team that builds internal tools and capabilities for product and solution teams.

You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, write high-quality code, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate to remove friction across teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Experience with web application development
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (coding standards, reviews, testing)
• Proficient with Git or similar version control
• Experience with AWS services (SDKs, EC2, S3, Lambda) and IaC tooling
• Familiarity with internal tooling and platform-as-a-product mindset
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly

• Support product refinement: create tickets and analyze development work
• Follow architectural decisions and understand reasoning
• Participate in brainstorming for innovative ideas
• Contribute to proof-of-concept implementations
• Assess potential risks affecting solutions

• Independently analyze and troubleshoot complex tickets across teams
