Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Software Engineer (L4) to help build and operate CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure. You will own meaningful platform initiatives, with mentorship and room to grow into independent projects while improving reliability and observability.

You will work on AI-powered tools for CI/CD, metrics, and testing infrastructure, collaborating with teams to reduce toil, improve test health, and drive scalable, observable systems in production.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Gen AI stack experience (LLMs, RAG, Agents) and AI Observability systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain components of CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure.
• Develop and support test execution infrastructure, including scheduling and results reporting.
• Build AI-powered platform features for CI/CD, metrics, and testing infrastructure.
