Job summary

MeeBoss, an on-site role in New York, seeks platform engineers to own the shared platform and data layer enabling multiple product teams. You will shape the agent framework, orchestration, verification, observability, and internal tooling, collaborating closely with the CTO and finance stakeholders.

You will implement scalable data pipelines across ERPs, banks, payroll, and CRM, and contribute full-stack work when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend or platform software engineering, primarily in Python.
• Track record of building foundational platform or infrastructure systems that run at scale.
• At least one high-impact, cross-functional engineering project you led that held up in production.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and data infrastructure, ideally on AWS.
• Strong hands-on coding ability you can demonstrate in a technical interview.
• Daily, fluent use of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Enough full-stack range to ship TypeScript and React frontend work when needed.
• Comfort explaining technical solutions to finance teams, controllers, and CFOs.
• A degree in computer science or a CS-heavy math or engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the core agent platform: frameworks, orchestration, verification, observability, and the tooling other engineering pods ship on.
• Design the data platform that ingests, normalizes, and reconciles records from ERPs, banks, billing, payroll, and CRM systems.
• Sit with finance teams and controllers to understand their workflows, then turn what you learn into reusable platform building blocks.
• Make architecture calls when the path isn't clear, find the bottlenecks, and ship full-stack when a problem needs it.
• Lead cross-team technical work that lets the whole engineering org move faster as revenue grows.
