A DevOps/Platform Lead is a senior technical leader responsible for defining and enforcing DevOps standards across:
- Release enablement
- Operational readiness
- Platform engineering transformation
This person owns CI/CD strategy, deployment patterns, environment readiness models, and engineering practices required for large-scale modernization programs. They align Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and Platform teams to accelerate delivery while improving reliability.
