Job summary

DarioHealth is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. You will manage AWS cloud infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and support Windows, macOS, and mobile device management.

Responsibilities include container orchestration, IaC, scripting, and remote IT operations. You will collaborate across engineering, security, and operations while ensuring compliance and seamless user support.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, systems administration or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53).
• Experience with Terraform or Terragrunt and CI/CD platforms.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and networking.
• Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or similar.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience managing Windows devices with Intune.
• Experience providing remote technical support in a distributed environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, accounts, licenses, and permissions.
• Manage identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and Conditional Access.
• Manage Windows and macOS devices through Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, updates, encryption, and remote actions.
• Support Apple Business Manager and automated Mac enrollment.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, equipment, accounts, and application access.
• Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, networking, VPN, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset records, documentation, security standards, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Jamf Pro, Kandji, or Mosyle.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience working in healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Relevant AWS, Microsoft, Kubernetes, Terraform, or security certifications.
