Job summary

Prysm Health is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE to build and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment systems. The role emphasizes strong security, identity management, and scalable operations across a fast-growing platform.

You will manage on-call rotations, implement robust alerting, and ensure Terraform-driven CI processes remain fast and safe as code volume increases. Documentation of platform patterns and engineering standards is a key deliverable.

Qualifications

• Experience running production systems on AWS with Terraform and incidents you have owned through to the postmortem.
• Deep PostgreSQL skills: row-level security, query plans, migrations on live data, and backups you have restored.
• You have built authentication, access control, or audit systems and know where they fail open.
• You create solutions to problems so that other engineers can focus on their work and you know when to say no to a request that will create more work for the team.
