Job summary

Prysm Health, Inc. is seeking a software engineer to translate user needs into scoped, testable features and to participate in end-to-end product delivery. You will work across frontend components, APIs, backend services, and data models to deliver a complete, reliable solution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve output quality.

What you'll work on

• Work with customers to understand user needs, identify opportunity, and translate large, ambiguous problems into scoped, testable features.

• Participate in discovery, solution design, technical implementation, testing, and post-launch iteration.

• Work with frontend components, APIs, backend services, and data models to deliver a complete solution that meets the user need and is maintainable, observable, and performant.

• Build software that is accessible, observable, and performant, with a focus on user experience and reliability.

• You model messy domains carefully and scope features appropriately.
