Job summary

IMR Soft LLC is seeking Platform Engineers at Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Staff Engineer levels to join a horizontal platform engineering team. The role emphasizes building scalable backend and frontend applications, integrating APIs, and orchestrating CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidates bring strong software fundamentals, system design knowledge, and hands-on experience with AI models and AI gateways. Angular/React experience is a plus.

Technical Stack

Strong coding and problem-solving skills, backend/frontend development, API integration, CI/CD pipeline orchestration, and hands‑on experience with AI models/gateways (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GPT, Claude, Bedrock)

Client is hiring Platform Engineers (Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Staff Engineer levels) for a horizontal platform engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Software Engineering

• Build and maintain backend and frontend applications
• 30% Frontend
• Full‑stack engineers are highly welcome
• Any modern programming language is acceptable (Java, Python, Golang.. etc.)

Experience with

• AI agents (Agentic AI)
• RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) systems
• AI development frameworks and tools

Must Have

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Strong coding ability
• System design and architecture understanding
• Experience building reusable components and platforms
• Ability to work across multiple technology stacks

Preferred

• Angular or React experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Agentic AI experience
• RAG architectures
• Cloud knowledge and concepts
• Azure or GCP acceptable
• Cloud knowledge is beneficial due to ongoing cloud modernization efforts
• Not looking for cloud‑only engineers
• Not looking for Terraform/infrastructure‑focused candidates
