Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled OpenShift Platform Support & Application Support Engineer to support enterprise container platforms and mission-critical business applications running on OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in OpenShift platform operations, Kubernetes container orchestration, application production support, containerized application deployments, platform monitoring, incident management, and application migration initiatives. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring platform stability, application availability, operational excellence, and successful migration of legacy applications into containerized environments.

This role operates within a 24x7 global production support model, requiring participation in offshore shifts, major incident management, deployment support, and platform operations.
