Job summary

NBCUniversal's Platform Distribution & Partnerships division seeks a Senior Director to lead a team managing v/MVPD, Peacock and FAST distribution, overseeing negotiations and partnerships across NBCU assets.

This role requires deep experience in media distribution, proven leadership, and ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance and Operations. The position offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or digital media distribution.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex distribution agreements.
• Direct experience with v/MVPD and DTC agreements and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute distribution agreements for v/MVPD, DTC, and FAST partners.
• Oversee a team, provide strategic direction and development opportunities.
• Develop partnership strategies to drive subscriber growth and revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and align mutual goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance and legal.
• Analyze market trends and platform performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Structure and evaluate partnership terms to balance short-term and long-term goals.
• Represent NBCUniversal in external meetings and industry events.
