Job summary

BinaryBees Business Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Platform Director for our onsite, wealth-tech platform. This Direct Hire role leads the technology conversion of acquired firms onto a unified advisor platform, owning migrations from legacy CRM, billing, trading to the standard stack.

You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors across data, onboarding, and client portals to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in financial services tech, operations, or wealth management.
• SaaS platform migration experience across multiple firms.
• Understanding of wealth management workflows such as onboarding, billing, or reporting.
• Comfort with data reconciliation and validation during conversions.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management across multi-vendor programs.
• Interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end migration of acquired firms to the standard advisor tech stack.
• Build and maintain repeatable migration playbooks for scalable onboarding.
• Lead data migration and validate accuracy across CRM, portfolio accounting, billing, trading, and client portal.
• Serve as primary contact for acquired firm leadership during migration.
• Maintain delivery tracking and reporting across active onboarding workstreams.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Deal & Integration teams to align onboarding with priorities.
