Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Platform DevSecOps Engineer to own the SSDLC for the agent harness and agents, serving as the single security accountability point across design, build, deployment, and operation.

This hands-on role sits in pipelines, IaC, Kubernetes clusters, and secrets management, and it requires influencing teams to make secure-by-default the path of least resistance. You’ll collaborate with product, leadership, and developers to advance security objectives and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on DevSecOps experience securing real pipelines and clusters.
• Fluency with GitOps as the mechanism for change and security enforcement in CI/CD.
• Strong multi-cloud Kubernetes security background (AWS and/or Azure).
• Track record of remediation across fleets without impacting production.
• Excellent communication, able to present security cases to staff engineers and executives.
• Ownership mindset; total ownership of the SSDLC as a mandate.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SSDLC for the agent harness and agents: threat modeling, secure design review, pre-merge scanning, supply-chain integrity, runtime hardening, remediation from discovery to rollout.
• Define security best practices for base-platform and agent configuration, codified into GitOps and CI/CD paths.
• Drive supply-chain security including SBOM/VEX, provenance, signing/promotions, and trusted registries.
• Lead CVE remediation campaigns across clusters and cloud accounts to zero critical findings while maintaining workload health.
• Enforce secrets and identity hygiene: encrypted-at-rest secrets, workload identity, least-privilege access across cloud and cluster.
• Collaborate with platform engineers, developers, SRE, and stakeholders to translate risk into actionable objectives.
