Position Overview:

We are seeking UX Product Design Team Leaders to join our UX Design Practice, focusing on SaaS-based Fintech solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and technical expertise in complex user experience activities, including research, testing, interactive and visual design.
• Review research findings, user personas, and participate in creating concepts, information architecture, UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams; mentor junior designers; organize team processes.
• Lead visual style implementation aligned with platform branding; interpret user feedback for UX improvements.
• Review usability artifacts to ensure user satisfaction; advocate for user experience across the organization.
• Create and update UI and visual design standards; train and support other teams in UX best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, UX, design, HCI, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience; experience in securities or financial services is a plus.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $113,000 to $300,000 annually, determined based on experience, location, and other factors. Additional compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
