In this role, you’ll make an impact by leading UX design efforts for SaaS fintech solutions, guiding complex user experience activities, reviewing research findings, and contributing to design standards. You will mentor junior designers, advocate for user experience, and ensure products meet user goals through user-centered practices.
To succeed, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years of experience, and familiarity with financial services is a plus.
