Job summary

ByteDance is recruiting a self-motivated software engineer to join the DCS platform team in the United States. You will build platforms, systems and services for internal and external teams interacting with large-scale production systems.

You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software, bringing new ideas and technologies into our platform to boost engineering productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Coursework or internships in web development, Unix/Linux, distributed systems, networking, or building software.
• Strong problem solving and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build platforms and services for internal/external teams to interact with large-scale production systems.
