Job summary

You will collaborate with teams across Apple to shape SoC and system-level software, ensuring Apple devices perform as intended and meet performance, security, and usability goals. The role involves prototyping architecture/OS proposals, interfacing kernels/drivers with SoC models, and front-line collaboration with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in low-level software, operating systems, or compilers.
• Programming experience (C++/C).
• Knowledge of ARM and/or X86 architecture.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and analyze architecture and operating system proposals.
• Interface kernels and drivers with processor & SoC models.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across product groups.
• Promote new opportunities and techniques with other groups.
