Position: Platform Architect

About The Role

We are seeking a sharp and ambitious entry-level team member who is familiar with online learning tools and software, and who possesses strong communication and detail-oriented skills to build and maintain our online delivery of educational content, Cardone University. Previous experience in online learning content delivery is a plus, but we will teach you the tools and software we use. What makes you a good fit for this role is your ability to learn, multi-task, and attention to detail. You will work with our team to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients and end-users.

Only candidates in the Miami-Ft Lauderdale area will be considered at this time.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Communicate daily with team members and customers on platform customization.
• Provide a stellar product and service by processing and executing internal and external user requests.
• Manage daily and monthly implementation, configuration, and content management needs utilizing the online platform admin tools, which we will provide training on.
• Participate in feature discussion and implementation alongside other team members and departments.
• Ensure all aspects of delivering client solutions run smoothly (e.g., deployment and execution, product quality, communication consistency, and information accuracy).
• Manage individual short and long-term projects.

• You love computers and the Internet! You understand how end users engage with content, desirable features, and their expectations for simplicity.
• Mac Computers skills.
• Understanding of LMS, Video File Formats, and SCORM files.
• Expertise with Google Sheets and data tracking/entry.
• Strong organizational skills—value documentation and pay close attention to small details.
• Strategic thinker capable of anticipating and resolving issues early.
• Knowledge of mobile technology and its potential for users consuming video content.
• Technically adept with process and workflow optimization related to software development.
• Ability to learn our product quickly and explain it effectively to others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects seamlessly.
• Top-notch customer service skills and computer competency.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with additional hours as needed, located in Aventura, FL.
