Job summary

ACI Speedpay seeks a Group Product Manager to own the Platform & API strategy and the developer experience platform. You will guide API and SDK direction, lead a team of Product Managers across platform sub-domains, and partner with Engineering leadership to ensure the platform scales with the business.

This role emphasizes discovery-driven decisions, clear ownership boundaries, and close collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and consuming teams to drive adoption, reduce integration

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in product management leading platform, API, or developer-facing products at scale.
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers.
• Payments, financial infrastructure, or regulated/high-trust domain experience.
• Strong technical fluency to evaluate API design and architecture with Engineering.
• Track record of building roadmaps in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-level communication.
• Data-driven decision making with bias to action.
• Experience partnering with Risk / Compliance / Architecture in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the API platform vision and roadmap for platform and developer experience.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of API and developer experience products: discovery, roadmap, delivery, adoption, retirement.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers aligned to platform sub-domains.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security/Risk, and consuming teams to drive adoption and standardization.
• Present data-backed platform tradeoffs and sequencing to senior stakeholders.
• Instill a discovery-first, hypothesis-driven approach and hold the team accountable for outcomes.
• Balance speed and risk while driving platform reliability and governance.
