Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in New York and California offices seeks a Platform & Integration Analyst to own enterprise platforms, analyze requirements, and drive data-driven integration across systems.

You will configure workflows, data models, and APIs, work with Salesforce, Mulesoft, and Certinia, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Hybrid/onsite role with focus on API-led connectivity, CI/CD practices, and continuous improvement; compensation aligned to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-8 years’ experience in Information Systems.
• 3+ years experience in a Salesforce environment (Admin/Dev/QA/DevOps).
• Experience with Certinia at Admin level or above desirable.
• Experience with Mulesoft development or exposure.
• Salesforce, Mulesoft, and/or Certinia certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to JavaScript, LWCs, Java, Apex, Python, etc.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand how enterprise systems connect and how data flows between applications.
• Configure and maintain platform features including workflows, automation, permissions, and data models.
• Develop or refine API specifications (RAML/OAS) and API-led connectivity design.
• Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements and suggest improvements.
• Assist with integration troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and deployments.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and blueprints.
