Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a Strategic Platforms Analyst to optimize third-party procurement and purchasing platforms. You will partner with the Director of Sales Enablement to provide data-driven insights, identify trends, and improve platform performance and adoption, blending operational support with analytics.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, improving processes, and enhancing customer experience through data-led decisions and dashboard development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytical support roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience in sales enablement, operations, or customer success analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze platform performance, usage trends, and transaction data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor system health, issue trends, and recurring challenges; recommend solutions.
• Partner with IT and platform providers to improve functionality, integrations, and user experience.
• Evaluate platform effectiveness and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to adoption, sales impact, onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Provide insights to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities.
