Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Hybrid Platform Analyst in Charlotte, NC to lead the measurement strategy for the Tachyon AI platform. You will define KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics across adoption, governance, and cost, while building dashboards and scorecards to track lifecycle stages from onboarding to deployment.

You will analyze diverse datasets to uncover trends and risks and translate findings into actionable recommendations informing the platform roadmap, investments, and delivery planning.

Qualifications

• Required experience in AI/ML, data, developer, cloud, or enterprise platform analytics.
• Experience designing KPI/OKR frameworks and dashboards.
• 8+ years developing measurement strategies for platforms.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for executives.

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvements.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations informing platform roadmap priorities and delivery planning.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, security, governance, FinOps, and business teams to establish metrics and reporting standards.
• Create executive-level narratives and visualizations communicating progress, outcomes, and impact.

We are currently seeking a Hybrid, Platform Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Info:

• Drive the measurement strategy for the Tachyon AI platform, defining KPIs, OKRs, and success measures for adoption, developer experience, platform reliability, governance, cost, and business value.
• Build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards that track the AI platform lifecycle, including use-case intake, onboarding, model and agent deployment, usage, performance, and operational outcomes.
• Analyze complex product, engineering, operational, model, and user-adoption datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations that inform AI platform roadmap priorities, investment decisions, self-service improvements, and delivery planning.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, security, governance, FinOps, and business teams to establish trusted AI platform metrics and reporting standards.
• Define measurement approaches for platform availability, latency, utilization, quality, control adherence, adoption, time-to-value, and cost efficiency.
• Create concise executive-level narratives, visualizations, and performance updates that communicate platform progress, outcomes, and business impact.
• Required experience: AI, ML, data, developer, cloud, or enterprise platform analytics; KPI/OKR design; dashboarding; data interpretation; and executive communication.
• 8+ years of experience developing and rolling out measurement strategies for platforms
• 8+ years advanced analytical and data interpretation experience with the ability to identify trends, uncover insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs, including defining, tracking, and measuring performance against business objectives.
• Experience developing performance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to communicate progress, outcomes, and business impact.
• Ability to structure and analyze complex datasets to support data-driven decision making for product and platform teams.

The starting pay range for this role is 68.27 to 79.11 W2. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
