L.K Jordan is seeking a Metal Fabrication Operator in Corpus Christi, TX to support fabrication projects including tanks, vessels, pipe, and structural components. You will set up and operate plate rolling machines and read blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires 2+ years in metal fabrication, proficiency with precision measuring tools, and the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work overtime as needed. L.K Jordan is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of metal fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Experience operating plate rolling machines
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Overtime and weekend availability (as needed)
• OSHA 10/30 preferred
• Pass background check and drug screen

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate plate rolling machines per specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Calculate and adjust settings for rolled parts
• Measure and verify dimensions
• Tack weld as required
• Perform routine maintenance
• Operate overhead cranes and/or forklifts as needed
