Job summary

MCC is seeking a Plate Mounter to join our flexographic label plant. You will affix plates to cylinders based on job tickets, ensuring accuracy and quality while following all safety policies.

The role involves reading tickets, staging orders, and maintaining the plate area for the current production schedule. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to train on the 1st shift, with physical tasks including standing and lifting as part of daily duties in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Printshop experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand a job ticket.
• Ability to read a ruler and understand measurements.
• Color vision and eye-test pass.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Affix plates to cylinders per job ticket specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of plate file area.
• Operate with safety policies and procedures.
• Stage job orders according to press schedule.
• Assist with light maintenance of machinery as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvements.
