Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Plate Hub Coordinator at our Menasha facility. You will coordinate day-to-day plate room operations and act as the main contact for the hub plants, aligning Prepress, Plate Supplier, and Production with current print schedules.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in printing or graphic arts (bachelor's preferred) and 3–5 years in artwork, color separation, and flexographic printing. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Esko DFS Manager, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in printing or graphic arts or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years in artwork, color separation, flexographic printing and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Esko DFS Manager, and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plate hub operations to ensure on-time plate production.
• Serve as customer service contact for all plate hub plants.
• Maintain safety, labeling, storage, and proper chemical handling.
• Manage plate layout, job billing accuracy, and inventory.
