As a Plastic/Rubber Technologist (m/f/d), you will set up injection molding machines and ensure their correct functioning by documenting quality and quantity data.

Responsibilities

• Setting up the injection molding machines including additional equipment
• Avoiding damage to the tool and the machine through a structured and conscientious approach to conversion
• Reliable handover of the production system to the department's specialists
• Checking the production parameters in the event of deviations and adjusting if necessary according to tolerance specifications
• Reporting qualitative or quantitative deviations or technical defects to superiors or the quality management department
• Ensuring output quantity and product quality
• Correct recording of quality and quantity data and their prompt entry into the PPS system
• Issuing the production release of set‑up injection molding machines

• Technical vocational training (Plastics/Rubber, process mechanics, or comparable)
• Alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience
