Responsibilities

• Ausbildung zum Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen beginnt mit dem Einrichten von Spritzgießmaschinen
• Wartung und Instandhaltung von Werkzeugen und Produktionsmaschinen
• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen (visuell, funktional, messbar)
• Überwachung von Produktionsprozessen mit Fehleranalyse/Optimierung
• Teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Standards und Lean Production

• Retrofitting and setting up injection molding machines
• Maintenance and servicing of tools and production machines
• Performing quality controls (visual, functional, measurable)
• Monitoring production processes including fault elimination / optimization
• Team-oriented collaboration in the implementation of standards and systems according to Lean Production

• Secondary school certificate or intermediate secondary school certificate
• Good technical understanding and quality awareness
• High level of reliability
• Interest in mathematics, chemistry, and physics
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system after reaching the age of 18
