Qualifications

• Hands-on automation/robotics technician experience.
• Plastics routing robotics experience is required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robotic and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Support robotic routing, trimming, and cutting processes for plastic components.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automation equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
• Troubleshoot robot faults, sensors, motors, and controls.
• Adjust robotics equipment and programs to meet quality and production targets.
• Respond quickly to downtime and identify root causes of recurring issues; assist with improvements and installations.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment following safety procedures.
