Job summary

Parker Plastics is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations on the designated shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. The role involves supervising production staff, enforcing GMP and SOPs, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in fast-paced manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to train and coach employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English and/or Spanish.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and hands-on floor presence.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on the designated shift, planning and assigning work.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, Food Safety & Quality, SOPs, HACCP, and safety programs.
• Provide training and coaching to shift personnel for optimal performance.
• Maintain production records and input data into reporting systems.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure a safe work environment.
