Job summary

Parker Plastics in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing shift. You will plan, assign work, enforce GMP/SOP/HACCP, and mentor frontline staff to meet safety and quality goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to read and follow procedures in English or Spanish. This full-time role offers benefits including 401(k) with match and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions in English and/or Spanish.
• Demonstrated hands-on leadership and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on designated shift and assign work.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and safety programs through training and coaching.
• Maintain daily production documentation and input into reporting systems.
• Provide training to shift personnel for optimum performance.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce safety regulations on the floor.
• Maintain production schedule with proper staffing and reduce scrap.
• Review timecards, prepare daily production reports, and manage issues as they arise.
