Responsibilities

• Ensures that all equipment, including upstream and downstream, is cleaned per work instructions.
• Maintains a clean environment by removing debris from floors and surfaces.
• Determines production requirements by reading general and special instructions.
• Checks raw materials availability and drying requirements for preparation.
• Operates the Zamboni floor cleaning machine for washing and buffing.
• Takes immediate action to prevent unsafe conditions and injuries.
• Works as a team player to meet customer expectations and reduce conflicts.
