PTA Plastics is seeking an Operator to join our production team in Connecticut. The role focuses on operating plastic injection molding machines, packaging finished parts, and maintaining quality per the plan.
Responsibilities include inspecting parts, recording data, and coordinating with Molding, QA, and Engineering to ensure targets are met. A high school diploma is required, and prior molding experience is a plus. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with safety as a priority.

As an Operator at PTA Plastics, you will perform the necessary tasks of manufacturing an injection-molded part. Your primary focus will be on collecting freshly produced parts, ensuring parts measure up to visible quality standards, and placing parts in boxes for shipping.
