Qualifications

• 1–3 years operating machinery in packaging/plastics with production/quality targets.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills; ability to read diagrams and specs.

Responsibilities

• Start up production machines and verify accurate setpoints.
• Operate extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, labeling, and related stations.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document data.
• Troubleshoot line issues and coordinate with supervision for maintenance.
• Train Technician Operators and provide relief during breaks.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices.
