Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with horizontal injection molding.
• Strong understanding of plastic processing principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain horizontal injection molding machines according to process specifications and safety procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and filter changes.

• Monitor and record machine parameters to ensure consistent production output and adherence to quality control standards.
• Assist with mold changes, including cleaning, inspection, and proper installation.
