You will optimize production, troubleshoot issues, and document instructions for smooth transfer of development to production. Minimum Associates' degree with 5–7 years of high-level processing experience, strong problem-solving and debugging skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates’ degree with five to seven years’ experience in processing.
• Must demonstrate a very high level of processing, debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop repeatable processes to meet production requirements.
• Troubleshoot and fix process problems to improve quality.
• Provide training and documented instructions for production handoff.
• Promote a culture of safety in all manufacturing activities.
• Review mold drawings, sampling, and tooling modifications.
