What You'll Be Doing
As a Plastics Processor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our high-precision injection molding processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll work with a team committed to quality and innovation — supporting process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start-up and monitoring of plastic injection molds to meet Accudyn standards
• Troubleshoot molding issues using scientific molding techniques
• Maintain and improve processes for optimal efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with Quality and Tooling teams to dial in molds and reduce scrap
• Ensure part ejection and conveying systems support 100% defect-free production
• Assist in mold sets, press changeovers, and preventative maintenance
• Document all process changes and contribute to best practices

Qualifications & Skills
Required:

• Technical education in Plastics Technology OR
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in injection mold processing
• Solid understanding of decoupled scientific molding
• Ability to read blueprints and perform dimensional checks
• Comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing environment

:

• RJG and/or AIM Certification (Company-paid training if not yet certified)
• Familiarity with IQMS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic SPC/statistical knowledge
• Mechanically inclined and quality-focused mindset
