Responsibilities include mold changes on large tonnage machines, starting up equipment, supporting robots and inline equipment, and diagnosing issues to keep production flowing.

Job Title: Process Technician - 3rd Shift
Location: Edinburgh, IN
Pay Range: $54k - $62k
Shift: 3rd Shift
Perform mold changes on injection molding machines ranging from 770 – 3500 tons.
Start up injection molding machines with existing processes and make necessary parameter adjustments to ensure quality and cycle time standards.
Set up auxiliary equipment including robots, hot stamping machines, label applicators, and in-mold label equipment.
Troubleshoot machine and process issues, making quick and effective adjustments to maintain production flow.
Conduct startup quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Experience working in injection molding as a process technician.
Familiarity with linear robots and their operation.
Strong English communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine parameters efficiently.
Preferred: RJG or similar injection molding training.
