Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Process Technician - 3rd Shift for a leading injection molding manufacturer in Edinburgh, IN. You will support production by setting up machines, adjusting process parameters, and ensuring quality and cycle time standards are met.

Responsibilities include mold changes on large tonnage machines, starting up equipment, supporting robots and inline equipment, and diagnosing issues to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• Experience working in injection molding as a process technician.
• Familiarity with linear robots and their operation.
• Strong English communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine parameters efficiently.
• Preferred: RJG or similar injection molding training.

• Start up injection molding machines with existing processes and adjust parameters for quality and cycle time.
• Set up auxiliary equipment including robots, hot stamping machines, label applicators, and in-mold label equipment.

• Conduct startup quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
