Job summary

Wilbert Inc. is seeking a production support associate to tend plastic molding operations and ensure raw materials meet the production schedule. You will assist with workstation setup, move materials, and support mold changes while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

The role involves operating forklifts, staging materials, and collaborating with technicians to minimize downtime and ensure quality material flow throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a production environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of workstations before starting production.
• Move stock to/from the staging area and production areas using equipment.
• Ensure raw materials are available to meet the production schedule.
• Stack and stage materials for mold changes and color changes.
• Maintain inventory and lot-to-lot traceability records.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and downtime reduction activities.
• Notify supervisors of any material quality issues or shortages.
