Job summary

Dielectric Manufacturing in Richfield, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Material Prep Operator to cut and prepare plastic stock using saws and punch presses. You will ensure timely supply of material blanks and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced plastics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastics manufacturing or high-mix, low-volume production environments.
• Experience operating saws, punch presses, or similar material prep equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate band/circular/CNC saws to cut plastic stock to sizes per work orders.
• Set up and operate punch presses for blanking, holes, or notching on plastic sheets or parts.
• Inspect raw materials and finished blanks for quality and tolerances.
• Maintain records of material usage, cut lengths, and production quantities.
• Follow safety protocols and report equipment issues promptly.
