This role plays a critical part in improving process control, standardizing manufacturing practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our plastics manufacturing operation. • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improved quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and processing issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Lead process investigations and root cause analyses.

  • Strong knowledge of process controls, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, SPC, FMEA, DOE, and related methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
